The Boooking fee covers one part of the costs that Entrio, as a ticketing agency, incurs to process the transaction, issue the ticket and allow you to enjoy the event.
Entrio charges Booking fee for every ticket purchased, for all payment methods on the Internet and at points of sale, which covers, among other things, the cost of Entrio customer support, server system maintenance, administration and other costs associated with issuing the ticket.
Booking fee amount can sometimes depend on Entrio's commercial arrangements with the event Organizer. Booking fee is non-refundable. Entry to the event will be possible only if the following conditions are met upon entry: 1. We strongly advise you to do the testing the day before so that you don't have to wait unnecessarily for on-site testing.
The ticket must be accompanied by an identification document identity card. When entering the event, show the barcode on your EU Digital Covid Certificate, which will be scanned and compared with your identification document. Foreign nationals: Event ticket must be presented and accompanied by a valid formal certificate issued by the competent health institution , which confirms that you have been: vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or have had COVID disease or that you have a negative PCR or rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 If you do not have the above document , please test yourself in one of the certified laboratories no more than 24 hours before the start of the event since a rapid antigen test is only valid for 48 hours to obtain confirmation of negative PCR or rapid antigen test, to enter the event quickly and smoothly.
If you arrive at the location without the above document , we will allow you to test with a quick antigen test at the entrance of the event, which will be charged extra.
